Eligibility

Depoe Bay Townhomes is a 12-unit LIFT-subsidized rental community located in Depoe Bay. The LIFT program offers affordable rents based on 60% of Area Median Income (AMI). The property also includes two (2)
units with rents based on 30% of Area Median Income (AMI). Depoe Bay Townhomes are intended for households of two or more with a preference for households who live or work in Lincoln County and/or who were
displaced by the Echo Mountain Complex Fire in 2020.
