Opening Fall of 2025. Lincoln County Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Housing Authority of Lincoln County (HALC) are joining forces to create twenty-eight units of housing dedicated to HHS clients with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI). The project is planned to have 26 one-bedroom units and 2 two-bedroom units at the north end of Lincoln City north of the Logan Road intersection. HALC will develop, own and operate the apartment units. This project is supported financially by the Oregon Health Authority and Oregon Housing and Community Services.

The Housing Authority will be hosting a community open house to discuss the project and present site plans on Thursday, April 18 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lincoln City, 4990 Logan Rd, Lincoln City, OR 97367. For more information email [email protected]

Eligibility

This housing will be dedicated to Lincoln County Health and Human Services clients with SPMI under a referral system. Individuals must also be income eligible.
