Agate Heights is a 44-unit complex, located in a wooded area approximately 1 mile north of Newport. The Housing Authority of Lincoln County (HALC) currently owns and manages this complex which consists of one, two and three bedroom units and is located near Agate Beach in Newport. This is a USDA Rural Development funded project.
Eligibility
You must be income eligible to be qualified to live at Agate Heights Apts.
