Eligibility

The tax credit subsidy allows for rents based at 60% area median income, and is targeted to seniors (62+) and individuals with disabilities and families. The project also includes eight (8) units that have a project-based voucher subsidy, allowing for rents based at 30% adjusted gross income. This project has a preference for individuals that live or work in Lincoln County and/or were displaced as a result of the Echo Mountain Complex Fire in 2020.
